About The Event
1 hour in-classroom with a presentation to gain a basic knowledge of the application and its uses for Land Stewardship activities (please bring an iPhone, iPad, or Android device to download the app). 2 hours - Travel to Richardson Preserve and field usage of the application, including
Basic orienteering uses with navigating and utilizing digital map interface
Measure Feature uses
Drawing a Line feature or tracking
Trail marking utilizing GPS Feature
Delineating an area utilizing polygon feature
